Ancient and modern

The use of flavors and tastes typical of the Piedmontese cuisine of the beginning of the 20th century are combined in ancient and modern recipes while maintaining respect for taste and tradition.

The kitchen

Our menu structures: Monferrato doc, Nobilino, Leggero and Galup allow you to taste all our dishes accompanying them to the selection of wines. Special wishes can be satisfied upon reservation.

The space

A wide space but at the same time that conveys a familiar and welcoming atmosphere allows every table the view of the lake. In good weather it is also possible to have lunch on the outside terrace, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere together with a good glass of wine.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The Restaurant has established a catering policy based on a few fundamental and indispensable concepts such as: care for the customer, respect for the territory and the constant search for purity, authenticity and origin of the products; these are the chief balances of our kitchen.

As the wheat flour produced with absolutely biological methods is procured by a mill with stone mills, the selection of biodynamic and organic wines is also produced by the Biodynamic Maciot Farm with controlled and certified methods , accompanied by local wines.

We are open on Friday for dinner, Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner.

Typical Piedmontese flavors and flavors of the early 1900s are combined in old and modern recipes, always maintaining respect for the taste of tradition. Restaurant is structured with a large central area where up to 150 people can be reached and with two small rooms side by side: the intimate and reserved red room and the glass room with direct access to the garden.

The restaurant is ideal for large events, but also for the most collected thanks to the versatility of the central room.

To complete the restaurant the adjacent garden for aperitifs and the garden no terraced for outdoor events and ceremonies.

We stopped on Sunday without having booked before we were passing by we were able to accommodate us ate 3 appetizers, 2 starters, 2 seconds trio of desserts all good !!!
they also remained very happy with the fun service for children that made our daughter have fun with the other children in the room.
