We are delighted to present to you an event dedicated to motorbikes and good food!
This year, the Motorbike Ride Tour, organized by the Motorbike Center in collaboration with Honda and #Nikon, departs from San Giorgio Canavese and arrives here at Lago di Codana, Montigilo d’Asti.
Upon arrival at the Roico sul Lago di Codana restaurant, a delicious lunch will be served with a special menu to mark the motorbike ride:
Robiola di Cocconato cheese with vegetable sauceCocconato prosciutto crudo prepared with a period Berkel slicerPork loin with balsamic vinegar sauceFocaccia with lardVegetable and cheese flanTajarin (homemade pasta using wheat that is stone-milled at the Roico farm) in a sausage sauceRisotto with aromatic herbsMixed platter of:Cake made with hazelnuts from the Roico farm and zabaione creamChocolate cake with vanilla sauceThe wines paired with the dishes are from the Maciot farm (www.maciot.it)Coffee and grappa
If you wish to take part with your motorbike, the participation cost is €20 per person.
Meet at 9 am to register and collect gadgets at the Motorbike Center square in San Giorgio Canavese.
The start time is scheduled for 10 am; we will ride through the beautiful hills of Astigiano up to Lago di Codana.
You must register and pay the participation fee before September 26 at one of our two offices.
The route may be subject to change depending on weather conditions, but it will still take place if it is raining.
Conditions for participation:
– The person driving the motorbike must be of full legal age and have a valid driver’s license for the vehicle.
– The motorbike must have a cylinder equal to or above 125 cc.
– Passengers who are minors are also welcome.
